Guys if you are running your 4G package. And run your sim through a Huawei modem. Download huaCtrl from the Google Play Store. Sign into your modem and you can change your band from band 3 to band 38. Your speeds should dramatically increase.

tried it, tried all the bands, speeds are cr@p everyday on Rain,
you get what you pay for I guess
Maybe in your area I get a solid 30mbps speed on the R250 package. I guess I'm just lucky.

I would also say check your LTE signal stats on your router. If that is poor then your speeds will also be a issue.

Also getting crap speeds, what would the recommended settings be on a Huawei e5573 router

this will only work if your tower supports that band ( isnt a vodacom tower roamed on).
probably the same method cave dog gave us but alot easier to do.

I tried this to many times changing it twice a month to see if they added the 2600 frequency but nothing

There is also this tool you can use for checking signal and changing band
