I barely had 100mb's left Thursday evening, but Friday morning they said I over used 500mb's.

Now I have 600mb's to use again. Whatever the reason, thanks a lot!

if he was on a capped package, since they seem to soft cap, you can go over your cap if you are in a continuous session.

Ok, so you go over your data allocation, you over use. Then you get 500Mb data free? That does not make sense.

As far as I know, I didn't actually overuse. I think it was a mistake on their behalf. But it was fixed and I scored in the end!

Yup. They had issues with their bandwidth management system which was fixed.
