Hi folks

Without going into too much detail I think we owe Vodacom3G a big thanks from the forum. He is doing a tremendous amount behind the scenes to get your message across and improve the current broadband offerings. Vodacom was also rating as having the best support in the MyBroadband survey, and we know where a lot of those initiatives come from!

We are very lucky to have Vodacom3G on our side!
 
He really does do a lot - seen him help people even late at night! :eek:

He doesnt just do a lot ON the forum, he actually came to my place about a year or two back to help me test signal quality and stuff. Now he is helping me to unlock my data card after I got to a dead end with the helpdesk and shops :cool:

If only everyone at Vodacom could be as dedicated as him!!

yip i went to his house and let them test their water cannons on me, he so cool.
 
RPM - I suggest you forward a link to this thread to somebody in Vodacom to acknowledge the great work done by one of their employees.

I have them whenever I can :D (And they not exactly cheap!)

He was the 1 man behind our new 3G tower. He is truly a great guy.
 
He has helped me on numerous occasions, getting me in touch with the right people on their side.

Now, if only he could get those VC guys to change their settings so that we are able to purchase a new PPDB when there is, say, 100MB available on the existing bundle, instead of 10MB! ;)

Working on it. Got the' data for talking points' finally escalted to the right level, so this one is next....
 
I think that Vodacom are the best represented here with V3G, if only the other network providers and companies had a rep. like him here!. There are many pretenders, but only one original! :D
