The 2017 Weightloss Thread

Weekly weigh in: 95kg.
I know have not weigh in for some time. Only got into routine now again.
 
Weekly weigh in: 103.8kg

It seems I'm plateau'ing hard around this 103-104 mark. :/
 
fokkit, time to get serious. Blood pressure too high, general fitness too low.
So back on the eating track, and going to do cardio at gym 3 times a week. And parkruns, probably.
Got a fitbit too. It says I should be dead :p
 
At 93.2kg.

I'm doing so well with the exercising but I struggle to eat less. Especially when it comes to snacks at work.
 
Still waiting next drop, nearly but had a heavy meat session a few days ago so need to get rid of that first :p
 
Can't seem to lose weight despite losing centimetres - 69.4kg. Weighing up the pros and cons of going back on Glucophage.

Creeping closer to Onederland. Last time I weighed this little was in 2011.
 
It's probably a cheat as I've been sick the last few days but down to 105kgs.

Oh and it's my 2 year ketoversary :D ie two years since starting the whole LCHF lifestyle.

i think it's safe to say... you have passed me.... this year, i just can't get past the 106s :(
