Weekly weigh in: 106,5kg

Total lost this month: 6,8kg
 
Dropped to a lowpoint of 139.8, but back up to 140.6 as of this morning - the braai was awesome, though!
 
Biltong is my bad. Munch a ton and then feel heavy for like a week until it all passes.

oh yes, forgot that... bought the most deliciously fatty biltong on saturday.... stupid family that can't eat quickly enough had me munching down most of it myself :( sad fatty is sad
 
Remember , 2kg swing is normal, even up to 4kg depending.

My weight can swing by 3kgs sometimes, especially after eating a lot of refined carbs that like to hold onto water. It comes off quickly though after a few days once refined carbs are cut.
 
ugh 106.7kg. but i know exactly what i'm doing wrong.... i'm not eating wrong, i'm eating too much of the right stuff :(
no alcohol weekend coming up.
 
133, moving slow but moving. I had a 3 beer braai Wednesday evening and have another braai tomorrow.
 
Finally found my problem. Been eating nuts high in protein, almonds without checking the fat content. They contain 75% fat and a handful is about 2500kj. :eek: Eating them like popcorn does not help lose weight.
