Is it too late for me to add my stats to this programme? I would love to join the fun... I wanna try get to 76kg, and maintain my weight at 76kg.

Also, I wanna try trim off the belly fat...

Christmas and new years was too real... I picked up 4kg :(

not sure how you got to 8kg lost this year...... not if i go by the numbers you've been given me.

Weird, my starting weight in Jan 2nd was 113.3kg ... currently at 105.3kg , so that's 8 no?

If I entered the wrong values it's probably because I'm dumb and trying to use myBB on my phone. :erm:
 
I ended my 4 week challenge at week 3 because I was lazy.
Will start from week 1 again on monday. I will finish it this year still even if I have to keep starting from the beginning each month.

I want to do a complete 4 week set without breaks.

Start weight was 113.2, not .3 and I had your last weigh in at 105.9 for some reason :) sorted now, 7.9 total loss
 
what do you guys do on weekends? its a struggle. when we out. or having Sunday lunch. im such a dummy.

92.8 at last weigh. think that's the same.
 
Currently on 68.2.
Doing pilates at the moment to help with my back :o , skipping daily and jogging.
No breakfast usually and light lunch and heavy dinner :o

I don't wanna cheat with .1 kg on this thread. On MyFitnessPal app I started logging at 113.3kg so that's prolly where I fudged it.

Anyway last night I weighed in just to check what my Jan total was and I hit 104.4kg. So that was 8.8kg for January if I use my 113.2kg as official start. My previous best was 4kg in a month.

This morning I was 104.8, but I expect to fluctuate as it goes, which is why I weigh myself every other day or so but only record once a week.
 
I'm probably going to gain weight this week. Haven't been able to go to they gym because I had to come in early to work with Australians. Will be able to get back to the gym on Friday. Will weigh myself then too.
