Saturday check in: 111.8kg

Up 800g, been disciplined with gymming, less so with snacking healthy stuff, but nonetheless snacking too much.

Updated table, let me know if I've missed anything

Good job peeps, nice to see all those numbers coming down.

Well done everyone!

I'm away since first flight out yesterday in Zimbabwe for work, it'll be a hit and miss week with food as any of my choices aren't always my 1st choice. Back Saturday night, so this coming week I'm hoping to just break even.

If only there was a MyBroadband member with some development skills who would be willing to create a web app as a weekend project

Please pen some requirements for the site.

Eg. Must store name, age, weights, height etc... Should the site display notifications? Messages?

A decent amount of detail as to what is desired would help any developer willing to help out.

I was deliberately being a little facetious with the comment that you replied to :-)

Simply, it would be good to have an app where each participant could register and then update their weekly progress without a forum member having to compile everything into a spreadsheet manually every week.

Obviously lots of possibilities for bells and whistles like progress charts and leaderboards but mainly was just thinking of removing the burden of updating a spreadsheet each week from committed forum member.

Hey guys,

@Sinbad asked me to build this for you guys.

Enjoy.

(After the weight data is there I will write a script to generate an image from the leaderboard and then that can be shared in the OP.)

Note:
Passwords are hashed and not stored, so no way to see it.
The email is to prevent someone from stealing forum usernames.

You actually went and did it!!!

You actually WERE bored!!

Well done.

I need to check the scale I have, it is wildly fluctuating but my no food and mostly water consumption might have something to do with it.
Been mostly water, meds and toilet. The heart meds are not working for me

Thank you very much, on behalf of all the participants :)

I will only get a chance to look at it next week, but I'm sure the other members will give you constructive feedback...
