Gluttony you pig you whore.

:crying:
To be fair, if that was in my fridge I would rip through them real quick. We have nothing in the house at the moment that is not diet food. Try and get rid of most if not all the bad food in your house, if you have kids and need sweets in the house perhaps have the wife lock them away somewhere.

But do something to get rid of temptation. When you are skinny you can eat sweets again lol.

It took me 2 weeks to drop 2kgs since I started this year, buy pretending I'm doing keto, yet still eating some carbs that I shouldn't...and not watching my macros.

Then last week I went away for work and stayed in a motel type place that had a little kitchen in it. So I wasnt tempted by hotel food or anything. I only ate once a day when I got home at night from work, drank tons of water...and the stuff I made for dinner was well within my keto limits.

After 8 days of this and working non stop I lost 6kgs and I don't really feel hungry. So I think the absolute hardest thing to weight loss happens in the kitchen. More often than not we eat out of boredom, so now I've even cut out the mixed nuts I snack on. It's coffee and water until dinner. Will see how it goes...
True I believe 90% of the effort is what you eat 10% is gym. One meal a day has worked incredibly well for a lot of people, perhaps something to keep going with now that you have done it for a week already?

Yup, sticking to it to see if it's sustainable.

As the saying goes: "you can't out-gym a bad diet."

Abs are built in the kitchen

Yay, recovered from the gastro and haven't regained what I lost. In fact, a bit more down :)

Why do weekends have to be so hard. I did okay yesterday but today I've already had 4 beers and a 150g of peanuts just this afternoon...:cautious:

If it is not there, you can't eat it - so, do not stock it. That has been my thing!

That would be awesome.

I am IN!

Current Weight: 114kg
Target Weight: 97.5kg
Highest Weight Ever: 135kg (2017)
Sex: M
Height: 182cm
Method: 85 percent plant based - 15 percent poultry. Typical day meals (LARGE smoothy with fruits, veggies and seeds (hemp, pumpkin, chia) in the morning, light snack at lunch time like peanuts or what have I ...and last meal that includes poultry and veggies at about 6.30pm - I drink about 4litres of water a day - I drink Jameson on the rocks sometimes on weekends - I go to gym 3 to 4 times a week - mostly do cardio.

So, as you can see it takes a lot to lose weight and if someone tells you it's easy - don't believe them.

Good luck to everyone!
