No one will ever know what happens inside a black hole because current mathematics breaks down. It requires existence of negative time and division by 0 to get the density which leads to a lot of enthusiasts crying about "infinite mass".

Btw.. I liked Infiniti war..
This movie has very thin plot lines and poor motivation for the villain... who could have been easily defeated if certain egos were not in the way.. mainly tony stark.

But the 14 or so movies before this is why this movie is so good... we understand each character and their story's.

Dceu.. is about 10 movies and 8 years behind.. if you compare dc 3 movies to marvels 14 you will always hate dc... as a comic book fan.. love both for what it is.. start a new journey with dc and be excited for the current climax of marvel...

No one is hating DC based on the number of films they've put out. They hate because most of the films are total garbage. BvS, Suicide Squad & Justice League are cancer-inducing. And it's not just poor luck, it's misguided DC executives who don't care about taking the time to build a cinematic universe properly. And also due to Zack Snyder's involvement - he is useless.

I thought this was a very well made movie.

It got the balance between humour and seriousness right.

Compared to Avengers: Age of Ultron, I thought it handled the sheer number of characters better. In Age of Ultron, sometimes it was difficult to track what was going on with all the different characters. Infinity War is better in that regard.

I would have liked more detail on Thanos. I liked him as a villain and I think he works well. I would just like more info on WHY he believes so strongly in what he does. I mean, he mentioned the story about his home world, but more elaboration would have helped.

But otherwise it was very good.

Believe it or not, Avengers: Infinity War has yet to open in China. The world’s second-largest box-office territory will welcome the Marvel Studios milestone into its theaters this Friday, and if early pre-sale tickets are any indication, it’s going to be a massive overseas debut for the Russo Brothers‘ film. How massive? Well it’s already breaking records days ahead of its release.

As THR reports, A:IW has already taken in $47.5 million (RMB 302 million) in pre-sales as of late Wednesday night in Beijing. (It’s already tomorrow there! What Time Stone wizardry is this?!) For the math-minded among you, that means the movie still has another full day before its local release on Friday. The record’s already been set, however, since Infinity War has earned more than the estimated $47 million (by today’s rate) for Monster Hunt 2 which roared into cinemas earlier this year. It also dusted domestic competitor Fate of the Furious, the previous record-holder from just last year with an estimated $25 million in Chinese pre-sale tickets. It’ll easily double this number by Friday.

I assume the Thanos of the movies isn't exactly the same as the comics. Don't remember him caring about balancing anything in the comics rather just a bit mad. And he killed to impress a "chic" and destroyed his home planet himself.

On what basis? I have yet to come across anyone (other than perhaps you) who thinks the DCEU hasn't been a major disappointment.

But each to their own... most of these movies the audience liked it but the critics hated..

Bvs- 76% of audiences liked the movie.
Mos- 90% liked it.

All in, I've been a DC guy for the best part of my life but that shouldn't mean I can't enjoy what Marvel are doing with the MCU, 'cos I'm a comic fan and I do... Of course, if they kill the Cap in Avengers 4 I might reconsider.

Personally, I can't wait for Aquaman later this year 'tho I have no doubt there will be Marvel folk hate-watching it so they can bitch about it on forums like this and twitter and, and, and... Sad.

I didn't forget Wonder Woman. We've already mentioned above that it's the one good DCEU film. Metacritic scores were included so that it wasn't just Rotten Tomatoes. The DCEU definitely has a poor reputation online - I have never picked up on any major disagreement between critics and the general public on how bad Suicide Squad, BvS and Justice League were.

It's one thing to say you love Zack Snyder's style of filmmaking (all style, no substance), as that's just (a very unique) personal preference. But to say that it's the best comic book adaption you've ever seen suggests that it's the only comic book adaption you've ever seen. What exactly is your justification for feeling this way?

I'm not interested in a Marvel vs. DC war. An aspect of the overall discussion that isn't that subjective though is that Suicide Squad, BvS and Justice League were really bad films no matter what perspective you analyse them from.

Most people can't own both an Android and iOS phone, or both an Intel and AMD PC, so I sort of understand passionate feelings about why a particular choice was the correct one. Admitting you made a mistake is too much cognitive dissonance for most people. But there is no mutual exclusivity between Marvel and DC. Picking a side is nonsensical to me, and impossible to defend. Anyone who says Iron Man is dumb is wrong, and anyone hating on Batman is also wrong.

I don't see it that way at all.

I like the characters from both universes. Which is why I'm upset at the poor job that DC has done in bringing most of them to the big screen.

The odd thing is that they actually haven't done too bad in bringing them to the small screen, even if the shows typically drag on for longer than they should...

He definitely is. The only really good DC movies has been the Batman trilogy and Wonder Woman.
They've put no thought or effort into tying their characters and stories together to create a world... but hey, maybe someday they'll wake up.
