I made it just the other day with extra virgin. Add in lemon for a tangy flavour and some extra Greek yoghurt, and a pinch of guar gum if it thins out. Delicious.Anybody know where I can find regular or light olive oil.
Everybody is so caught up in this whole extra virgin thing.
I want is to make my own mayo with a mixture of coconut and olive oil. Extra Virgin taste is not neutral enough for this.
