Do you guys weigh yourself every day or only once per week? Is it normal to pick up a few grams from one day to the next?

I find weight fluctuates quite a bit. I like to record first thing in the morning after the morning routine. If the weight is worse then yesterday, I leave it and see how the week goes, if by the end of the week the weight is the same, I record it as a plateau week or if it's more, then a increase, obviously if it drops no problem. I find it's great to record the drop at the earliest but give the fluctuations time as it's normally your body adjusting and taking time to settle.

Does this even happen if you just started, as in I only started last week?

It's probably normal body process or so I believe. Also it's not a race so don't stress too much about the results, stress if it's been a few weeks and no improvement.

I seem to be on a plateau this week again. Dropped suddenly earlier in the month by about 4-5Kgs and now hovering again. Clothes still getting looser though.

Monday mornings, before drinking or eating, after bathroom activities...

I only weigh once every 2 weeks now. And that is if I actually remember.

I'm at a stage where I am happy with my weight. Literally just fine tuning stuff here and there to get the two pack to become a six pack.

The last few cm's and grams are really the most difficult.

Currently sitting at 87kg with 13% BF. All the way down from 110kg average 3 years ago. Max I ever tipped at was 115kg.

1.86m short

I weigh myself every morning before getting dressed for work. It keeps me motivated.

Today I finally lost the 3kg I picked up over the festive season. Damn you rum & coke, beer & deserts!

Currently sitting at 92kg down from 108kg in 9 months. I still haven't lifted my backside wrt exercise yet. I suppose this would be the most effective way of getting rid of a flabby tummy & moobs.

Don't stress, read Dr Peter Attia's Truth about Cholesterol blog posts so that you get a better understanding of the science of cholesterol and not the dogma crap we've been lead to believe

Did a retest today and it was 5.2.....
