Pro-tip: If you look around you can find brands other than Clover which are cheaper and aren't disgusting. I just bought a 1L Honeydew from a local Spar which was R30.

On the topic, I don't mind spending more on food and subsequently, my health.

In my current state my corpse won't be particularly good-looking which is why I'm trying to lose fat. Dont worry though, once I reach my goal weight it's all sex drugs and rock n roll after.

Anyone here who didn't excersize when they started banting, started to excersize later and found that it speeds up weight loss while banting? I spesifically want to find out about cardio, will some excersize bike every day help me lose faster?

I lost most of the weight I wanted and then started exercising because I was looking like a stick.

The weights did not help with weight loss. But it certainly helped with fat loss and gaining muscle. Looking rather respectable nowadays.

If you want to do cardio instead of weights it is fine. But stick to HIIT cardio. Takes a fraction of the time and the benefits are so much better. Unless your goal is to run the comrades.

And as Fanie said. Exercise is never a bad thing. Start out slow.
 
Research your exercise and check the amount of dogma that exists around that, challenge what you've been lead to believe, especially about cardio, the same way you've challenged what you've been lead to believe about nutrition, you might be surprised.

Is it true that losing your tummy fat is more diet than exercise? I don't eat much at all and have a fat stomach, skinny everywhere else. So I guess I just have to eat right

All fat loss is more diet than exercise.
