probably 180 (like 99% of everything you make in the oven) and you can test it with a knife to make sure it's cooked/baked all the way through

what he said, just under 180 and about 30 mins baking time, tested though with a wooden kebab stick:)

So I had crap banting pizza last night from hellotomato - really soggy and flimsy. Weird because last week I had a great pizza from them which makes me think last week they must have given the wrong base - maybe gluten free and not banting.
Anyhow nothing worse than a pizza that ends up like a soggy wrap:sick:
Will stick to making my own for a while.

I think I made the best meal so far on banting!

Fried bacon in butter with cut in half rosa tomatoes, then ad the end added Philadelphia full fat cream cheese!
amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, I have had a 2 week stall, where I only lost 0.3kg. Now after 4 days since the last weighing, I was up 0.5kg.? What gives?

Basically it has been a stall now for 2.5 weeks. I am doing a quite a bit of exercise. Perhaps I am putting on muscle? I am trying to stay positive through this weight stall till I start whooshing again. But it is harder now as it gets longer. I use myfitnesspal to track calorie intake and I am around 1500 per day. Which is the recommended deficit for losing 1kg per week.

I also got some ketone test kit(it test about 10 other things too - my glucose was neg). It came out positive. So I am in Ketosis. (not sure how accurate though). Apparently Dischem does n blood test in store. Going to check it out tomorrow.

How long do these weight stalls go on for?

Weightloss is not linear. I've had stalls for as much as 5 weeks at times, it all depends. However quite often during a stall you will notice other changes ( body composition etc ) , remember your body needs to adjust. My loss has slowed down now to about a kg every 3 weeks, which I'm happy with. As long as things keep going down, all good.

@Kosmik: spot on. Just to add... Body weight is only one parameter. Measure your waist, chest, thighs and biceps too. It may be muscle or it may be visceral fat, or both that are keeping your weight static.

Do the same, but use cheese (like cheddar or gouda) cut into small blocks.

Do bacon bits, when almost done, add tomatoes, when almost done, add cheese, when cheese starts to soften... take out, and enjoy your warm bacon salad :D

Mozerella cheese is really cheap at the moment ( Food Lovers ). Goes great as a melted anything or stuffing for protein.

I only do chest and waist, it just helps to have extra parameters to control by (its also vanity since I'm measuring over my moobs and love handles which are the two areas that I gain fat in the quickest.)
