So lots of good dishes and ideas in this thread but nothing to conclude or summarize the thread.

Do you guys follow a time table type where you have it written down in terms of your daily dish of breakfast, lunch and supper?
One thing i have found with banting... Planning is key. You need to plan meals to make sure you have the riggt things in the house when you want to start making food.

Bacon and eggs for brekkie
Dinner is a meat with a veg
Lunch is leftover dinner, or nothing

I bought the other flavour of this, can't remember the name, and some double yoghurt with those fruit pieces in.
Will be having this for breakfast over the next couple of days.

This granola is vrek expensive though. And I F'kn hate woolworths for telling you that the price is on the item but it is nowhere to be found.
Watch out for yoghurt, even the full fat ones are high in carbs. There is very little difference from the low fat to the full fat ones tbh

This.... But I tend to skip breakfast, tonight there is some pork chops and roast veggies in the oven, which will also be lunch tomorrow. Then I keep the pork fat afterwards for cooking next time. Lots of flavour in the fat.

Also I make large batches of this to drink during the day:

So many flavoured rooibos on the market these days to make ice tea with.

I usually skip breakfast and have black coffee and no sugar.

I don't eat eggs though.

Try poaching them with Low carb\keto holandaise sauce.

I use IF for most of the day. Coffee in the morning, water throughout the day then supper. Maybe some cheese or something as a snack after.

I had this for breakfast. Tasted great but I don't think that this yoghurt was the best choice regarding LCHF.

The magic bread made with sugar free peanut butter and egg in the micro is amazing!!

Take one egg, 1 tablespoon of sugarfree peanut butter, about a quarter teaspoon baking powder, some salt if you want, whisk, put in a small bowl, PUT IN MICROWAVE take out after 90 seconds, be amazed.

Sounds very similar to "cloud bread" which is bread-like in name only and also very delicious. I'm trying your version here tonight.

Ok, this was unspeakably hideous. I honestly don't know what I was thinking.

Also: you're pushing it pretty hard in this thread, did I get trolled? Is this some monstrous thing you try to get low carb eaters to try for your own amusement?

As I was trying to beat peanut butter into an egg I felt like a bit of a mong tbh, when it came out of the microwave after 90 sec - all doubt was removed. My entire family was hosing themselves at me.

Horrible recipe dude. NO one try this please.
