One thing i have found with banting... Planning is key. You need to plan meals to make sure you have the riggt things in the house when you want to start making food.So lots of good dishes and ideas in this thread but nothing to conclude or summarize the thread.
Do you guys follow a time table type where you have it written down in terms of your daily dish of breakfast, lunch and supper?
Bacon and eggs for brekkie
Dinner is a meat with a veg
Lunch is leftover dinner, or nothing
