A while ago I mentioned the macadamia nut flour+ cheese pizza bases I buy from a place just outside of town. They are made in Plett, vacuum packed and shipped frozen all along the coast. I thought I would share a blow by blow of the pizza I made tonight.
Base is R55 and I almost always make a pizza when our fridge has leftovers so toppings are cost effective. I only ever manage to finish a half of these per supper so it gives me 2 meals which is awesome
I have yet to try a banting pizza in a restaurant that compares to one of these (except the place in Plett where I bought a take away pizza from and it turned out to be one of these bases).
