Maybe it will help if you post what you eat on a daily basis, and what you drink. People will be able to advise.

For breakfast I will alternate between bacon and eggs or omelette or boiled eggs.

For lunch a piece of meat/chicken and small green salad

For dinner I will have meat/chicken/fish with vegetables.

I use butter or coconut oil to prepare the food in. I drink about 2-3 cups of black coffee during the day. I also drink water during the day.

If you eating that and not loosing weight then something is wrong with the diet.

How much do you weigh now? Or, better yet, what is your approximate body fat percentage? Do you do any exercise?
 
Sounds like you have plateau'd. Grit your teeth and persist !
 
Cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, mushrooms, peppers.

K you're doing fine on the eating side. Could just be a normal plateau.

Don't just use weight loss to chart your progress - also take measurements. Often the scale will stand still while you lose cm....

I am overweight for sure. I think BMI is about 30. I weigh 98kg at moment. Only doing light exercise.

Carbohydrate is a generic term. Glycaemic carbs are ones that influence your blood sugar (ie, the bad ones)
