Made it. Nothing like pasta, more alike halloumi. But quite lekker.
Science had a look at it and did all kinds of tests and it was established that the Protein in the LCHF diet makes people eat less even though they can eat as much as they can. They also stay fuller for longer. This all due to the protein.

This got me thinking. Why not just go on a Protein shake diet then? I have no idea about these diets and shyte. The documentary just planted this seed.
