Started last week Monday. Will check tomorrow morning if I have lost some weight. The BP coffee is ok. I normally have my coffee black with no sugar. I did not get all the extra energy everybody is taking about.

Did you use MCT oil?
Coconut oil
MCT oil raises blood ketones very quickly which is where the energy comes from. Coconut oil won't have the same effect.
Just got back from a week of holiday in Cape Town. Wife and daughter went mental with every food imagineable - I stayed strong.
I stayed LCHF throughout and only cheated with a burger king burger on 2 occasions. I also had to have a McDonalds quarter pounder this morning while driving as I didn't feel like stopping at a Wimpy \ 1 stop and McD was the only thing available at the pumps I stopped to fuel at.
All in all I am very happy. Will weigh tomorrow and see what the scale says. Each burger was only 46 carbs (asked them to remove the sauce) so damage can't be too bad.
