Nice. Food processor or blender?
Have you tried making coconut butter?

Jip. Food processor.

Roasted the raw almonds for a while.
Then in food processor for about 15min total. Had to stop 5 or 6 times to scrape sides down.

Negative on coconut butter.

Also just processed for around 15 mins, use desiccated / coconut flakes. Delicious stuff.
I'm sure that almond butter will be finished by the end of the week :).
 
After a great Jan, Feb and half of March I totally fell off the horse. Some **** happened, life was busy and deurmekaar but I'm ready to get back on again from tomorrow. After losing 5 Kg during my beginning of the year banting stint, I luckally only gained that 5 Kg again and nothing more. As before, my biggest obstacle will be beer.
 
Also going to be a lot stricter from tomorrow. Been sliding. Currently waiting for my steak in the oven to get done. Already had a stuffed green better. nomnomnomnom
 
Can you limit it to only weekends?



Oddly enough this past 2, 3 weeks I had no beer or other alcohol over weekends but only during the week. I currently average around 6 - 10 beers through a week.
I also have to get my but in to gear and get on my exercise bike again.
 
Honey is always going to be expensive. Just no real cheap way to produce it. At least it keeps forever.

I have the exact same problem. Its been a month that i have had no beers. Lost 5kg this far. Just do it. Just leave beer. Its difficult ja, But you have to tell yourself you are finished with beer forever.
Start drinking wiskey if you have to drink. it only tastes k@k the 1st 8 times, then it start tasting good, well lets rather say better.
