Great idea, I saw the thread but... can some of the posters not add unnecessary fluff to the thread and their opinion of this and that?

Can it rather only JUST be this:

it's inevitable. and basically uncontrollable, hence why we need an index and the tags for searching

Even that isn't a terrible price for cream. I pay around that for 1L. Checkers has the Crystal Valley cream at R29/L but it tastes like full-fat milk.

I buy Douglasdale 1L cream, and they go for about R45-50. But it isn't the best tasting cream... but still prefer dewfresh 500ml

I have hit another weight loss plateau, meh. Been bouncing around 83.2 kg. Could be some muscle build . My yoga is paying off.

Yes I use coconut oil. But some stuff just needs some butter. Bulletproof coffee with coconut oil..... just not the same.

I actually only put CO in BC. It has a richer texture.

wtf? you know bulletproof coffee needs to get butter AND coconut oil, right?

butter adds fat, and acts as the "milk" portion of the coffee
coconut oil is purely for the fat it adds. if you can replace the coconut oil with MCT oil, even better

(MCT oil) is an extract from coconut oils... the extract being the important parts of coconut oil.
