The Banting/LCHF Thread

Just checked on MyFitnessPal and it gave me a number of around 7000 as a target... That's quite the difference

From my personal experience MyFP is crap with those estimates.

It is always way out compared to other calculators. Either giving people crazy low or high numbers depending on their goals.

I only use MyFP to log food. Don't use any of their recommendations. I enter my own manually and adjust monthly.

I have used fatsecret.co.za for years. Nice Android app too
 
7000 and 1500 are the most common numbers I've seen for low loss. 5000 and 1200 are normally higher.
 
So are you chaps still stuffing your faces with bacon grease and expecting to be healthy?

Yesterday I only had supper and that was lamb curry
Today I only had lunch which was chicken mayo, cheese and a cheesegriller

Eating 75% less than I normally do when not on LCHF.

Still think I'm dying?

It's nothing to worry about too much. Just readjust for tomorrow.

1x n = faniebraai
2x n = lady bits

And? :p I still think I'm right..
