The Banting/LCHF Thread

Yesterday I only had supper and that was lamb curry
Today I only had lunch which was chicken mayo, cheese and a cheesegriller

Eating 75% less than I normally do when not on LCHF.

Still think I'm dying?

Hmmm that's actually quite good.
 
Ahhh my old nemesis Randhir. How's that weightloss coming along btw?
 
SO and I shared the macadamia/pecan/almond one and the seed+almond one last night.

So preferred the seed one, I preferred the macadamia one.

I will buy more this weekend for the banting cupboard at home. I want to get my 6yo and 2yo eating these instead of the sugary crap my SO buys them....
Bought me some. Love it. The almond and coconut being my favourite (blue one), then the Almond Pecan and Macadamia (purple one). Not too fond of the Almond and seed (orange one), but it could be worse.

I found their one with cocoa in a few days ago. Tastes just like their cocoa low carb granola. Tasty!

Almond Pecan and Macadamia is my favourite. Gonna stock up on more while they're on special.

Also, this isn't bad at all.

So are any of you following the "probiotic" side of things...? (Kefir grains/Kimchi etc). Same goes for the bone broths...?(which I like btw)
 
Longest I've gone is about 40hours.

Done a few 24hr fasts that are manageable. But with a physical job, kids and working out 7 days a week anything longer than that because quite tough.

Still doing 18:6 majority of the days. Never less than 16:8. Honestly can't see myself doing breakfast again.

I'm eventually going to stick to it with my bulk coming up in a few week's time.
 
I'm currently on around 96 hours with no adverse affects. Down quite a few kgs as well. Will break fast on Sunday I think.
