Are you measuring ketone levels in your blood or urine? If urine, ignore the results, those tests are p1ss poor (excuse the pun).
Why are you monitoring yourself this closely? Just eat properly, the rest will sort itself out.
That's remarkable about the can of tuna, then. I get into ketosis (with blood ketones) even eating 100g protein a day (I'm about 85kg lean weight).

Ja that is the best cheese to fry in my humble opinion, goes so golden and gives you the 'deep fried and crumbed' effect beautifully. Good combo of covering too, yum

I cant find it on dischem sites. Looks like only Mkem sells it online. The actual machine.

[MENTION=276817]crawler[/MENTION], I was in century city yesterday and I forgot there was a dischem. I was on my do to do other stuff and they I walked past it and I was like awesome a dischem! I went in and VOILA! they hat the neo freestyle there and also for R229! so cheap! also had the ketone strips for R324 for 10. Also the cheapest I have seen. So I bought them! woohoo.
I will do my first test today after I get back from work. I am not sure why the glucose strips are so cheap but the ketone ones are so expensive.
