I think he means using the momentary amnesia defense.

Like I said in the other thread, I did not know that it was actually a valid defense.
 
Must be the provocative dress eh? Uncovered meat and all that. Surely deserving of a stream of bullets.
 
From what I know, Poena and his father were ****s that deserved what they got.

But that defence is a bit sketchy at best.

Yoh..... how many people said his day will come in that thread,one guy even said when he gets out of school and into the real world he'll learn.Guess you cant learn if you're dead though.

The one guy even said he feels his parents sorry,and lo and behold he got his father killed along with himself!:wtf:eish what a guy.

I wonder if the judge had access to this.....

it was this year, him and his toppie with a bouncer went to a okes house "his girls Fathers house" to go give him a beating for reasons unknown.

He managed to get to his firearm and gave them some led pills. Bouncer run away. He killed both him and his toppie.

Please correct me if i am wrong.

Seems there was a lot happening around this time. No wonder what happened, happened. It was just looking for a place to happen.

Yes, I was also looking for more details.

But it seems there was the one side of the story and the other side, then there was the gossip, then the truth. Probably too late now to get to the truth.

But all said, my opinion: I would not have wanted this chappie within a mile of my house or kids.

Agree

Self defense comes in play the minute you genuinely fear for your life or the people around you.

Any rational man would have shot them if they would enter your house and become violent.
