axxess?? what a joke - when I phoned them three years ago and asked for connection to the IS news server, an Afrikaner voice answered and said rudely "no we don't support that because there is (sic) viruses there". These idiots don't know they lost a customer and referrals for life. I would recommend my ISP Interprise anyday.

It is common cause that Cybersmart has the most naff ad on radio. I cannot help but wonder how much that terrible ad has contributed to Cybersmart's success - they must have clocked up quite a few votes to have come in at 3rd place overall.
One thing is for sure - he who hears the Cybersmart radio ad will never, ever, forget it.

They won for having best value for money which is you weigh up against what else is available is true, they could be a bit quicker though.

For me value for money is everything - I have no per-se brand loyalty whatever. That is why Cybersmart is my ISP. :p;):D

No one beat Telkom!. 199R for 4 gig = (2 gig + 2gig of softcap). it's all about the money, who need 24h assistance any way?
