The best Windows 10 antivirus software

Three products were able to obtain the maximum score in AV-TEST’s latest antivirus product tests for December 2019.

BullGuard Internet Security, Kaspersky Internet Security, and NortonLifeLock Norton Security all scored 18/18 in the tests, attaining full marks for protection, performance, and usability.

I use Malwarebytes. Don't know how good it is these days but haven't had any viruses or malware ever so that's good.

I use it on all my windows 10 pc/laptops, I find that other antivirus programs always slows down windows a lot.

First thing I do when I upgrade my client is to remove their old antivirus then suddenly their computer is fast again.

This wasn't always the case though. Defender improved a lot in 2019, and Microsoft even had a post on their blog after the first month they received basically full marks from all the various testers.

It has become an antivirus and antimalware solution I'm happy to use and recommend. Given the performance benefit from its integration with Windows 10, it makes little sense at this time to use a 3rd party solution.
 
Just uninstalled Avast. Always bothered me that Avast would pop up and warn me about being unprotected from internet banking theft while I was logged into my bloody internet banking in Chrome.

Will wing it with Windows 10 Defender
 
"The Best AV" is the same debate as "The Best Car", everybody has their opinion.
Who here really has gone the full length of testing it end to end to make the claim that xyz is the best?
