Two reasons:Why not just look at depositing Rand when you have the funds available and keep them in your wallet?
1.) I'm more likely to spend it if it's just lying there but more importantly,
2.) Luno isn't a registered financial institution that can insure my funds. Fiat belongs in a bank - I'm paying them for a service where my money is protected and I prefer to keep it that way.
My #1 criticism is your lack of stop-loss functionality. That people need to depend on alerts and being connected to manage their assets isn't good enough. Everything else is secondary.
But yeah - I'm otherwise very happy with luno. I've had no issues at all, funds always clear quickly and the luno app is really nice to use. Appreciate your being here to answer questions
