Tend to agree with you. Bought my 330D in 2019 for less than that. No sunroof though but PDC front and back and some other smaller extras.

Recently achieved 4.9l/100km on the mostly uphill drive from DBN to JHB, was quiet impressed with it. I had 4.4l/100km on the way down, just cant get the screenshot for that

One of my closest Mates has one of these. It’s always a conversation starter on how he gets 1100km in a tank. Very efficient cars and look beautiful in M-Sport guise.

Definitely dont get that unless its motorway driving though
town driving is significantly worse

True, best i've managed on day to day driving, is 850km's on a full tank.

These are decent cars esp the 530D
I love the way they say the 520D is a decently relaible engine but the 530D is a reliable engine. That 520D has too much body fat to carry around for that power it makes were the 530D has more than enough.
530D will also be a low revvig engine as it produced more torque therefore it will live longer.

Interested to know where the rev's sit on a 330d or 530d on highway at 120km/h ? The 320d is around 1900rpm
