The Bodybuilders Thread: Circuit II

Came down to Cape Town for a week's holiday. During my run on the sea point promenade, I found the outdoor gym. Yesss.

idk, you tell me.

Though in all seriousness, idk man. I'm not like zomg super focused on everything like I used to be before. I'm just lifting and eating and spending all my money on supplements lmao

Huge? lol not at all, but not bad since I started in June again I think. So eh, besides, I think everyone has body image dysmorphia these days so it's good to not take things too seriously.

Jeez dude, should have taken it slow with the bulk. You looked much better in the first pic!

They were both taken today

I know what you looked like before, you're definitely coming on nicely. Nothing wrong with a little extra fat during bulking. Remember that some suppliments and getting back in the gym induce water retention, so some of that weight is normal water retention.

Flip some tires biatches

I'm dead today. Body is nogal sore.

I'm thinking of walking in the mall the whole day to sort of just get some movement maybe eat sushi @ Asami :D

Nice shoes - where do you get those - vibrams?

Thank you mane. I'm on creatine, whey protein, sts muscle fuel and trying out a lot of different supps for joints and connective tissue like collagen biogen and chondroitin/glucosamine.

And whatever pre workout I can get a hold of.

I'm getting back to what I looked like before so in probably got sooner muscle memory in there.

But yeah just doing my thang, what happens, happens.

But I appreciate it, I think more people here should post some pics, a lotta people look much better than they think and I feel like we should tell them yo you look good etc.

:)

OK, no, you're not fat, damn were you super skinny and 6% body fat then 3 months ago? HTF did you gain 14kg in 3 months and you're not fat?

If you haven't tried this, i'd love your opinion...

IMO it's magic. No caffeine but don't take it less than 4 hours before bed. Talk about having a boost. This stuff works well for me.

Water - required for recovery. Usually shows up in the first couple of workouts and hangs around.

Lol no I wasn't hehe. I was really skinny though I reverted to how I looked before I looked more or less. I have a pic from February this year that I'll show y'all. I'm on my phone now give me a minute to get it on pc.

Not gonna lie though, I'm not sure tbh. I am gaining muscle faster this time around so I assumed it was muscle memory. I'm also a bit richer last time I was a student so I couldn't really afford supplements. But it's not all sunshine and rainbows, iirc you gain fat from the inside out no? So it's probably around my organs atm. But yeah let me get a pic quick.

Though Idk tbh. I agree with Darch. I remember when I first started exercising I gained 6 kg in 6 weeks. I googled it and it said things like sodium retention, noob gains, fat gain and increased bone densities. But now that I'm more knowledgeable I'm.Not so sure about the bone densities one anymore

That is some hectic transformation since Feb, you could have done some interesting transformation videos on YouTube :)

I can vouch for the Nutritech Vaso No3 - I use it too and it works well for me

It is also my Pre-workout of choice. like the tingle from the beta-alanine, when i feel it i know it's game time.
i bought caffiene caps separately, so if i'm training really early of need a boost i take 2 with my pre and if it's in the afternoon/evening i leave it out.
