The Bodybuilders Thread: Circuit II

It's still my opinion that if you don't juice, you're wasting money on shakes and stuff. But that's just my opinion.

Hi guys,

I am currently using SSN Creapump as a pre workout shake. Today I purchased Evox 3DT2 the dosage directions on the container just says 2 level scoops. But am I missing something or do you take just 2 level scoops without any liquids ? No where on the container have I found where it says quantity of water or other liquid to mix the Evox 3DT2 with ?

Haven't been able to work out for almost 3 weeks now. Not good for my moods.

We moved house. In the process and because of all the dust, I developed a nice sinus infection and bronchitis.

Wouldn't get better so went back to doctor yesterday and it escalated to pneumonia because of the constant fluids dripping on the lungs.

Fun times!

Flip some tires biatches

I'm dead today. Body is nogal sore.

I'm thinking of walking in the mall the whole day to sort of just get some movement maybe eat sushi @ Asami :D

I pushed myself on Thursday and my legs are still ****ed today.

Going to take tomorrow off as well, but from Tuesday it's full body workout for an hour a day.I only started gymming again last month.

And you pussies should stop using chemicals. Go hard or go home. Stop only when your clothes are soaked!

When it starts to hurt, that's when the set starts...

This is my chemicals. Tomorrow it's tire flipping 101

Weighed in at 74.25.

So that's from 60~ to 74 since June.

Not bad, getting fat tho fml
OK, but what is the point going overboard with the bulking and getting fat? The most amount of muscle one could gain under normal circumstances as a beginner is around 10kg for the year. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/ask-the-ripped-dude-how-much-muscle-can-i-put-on-naturally.html

I'm assuming you gained mostly fat out of that 14kg gain?

edit: Gaining strength doesn't have to come at the expense of getting fat :p
