@Nefertiti, the tan is to help bring out definition in the muscles.

I have been hating pants shopping lately. Can't imagine trying to find clothing with quads like that...

From what I know is its the GH that caused the organs (and everything else) to grow like that...which makes the gut look like there is a turtle on your stomach looking inside you. GH and steroids are of course different things and not all guys use GH with the roids. Rich Piana spoke about his roid and GH use. He says with the 10 years of GH use his shoe size went from a 12 to a 15...that is when he stopped the GH and only continued with the roids (not that that makes it any better of course). I see he passed away last month. Anyway that is why I believe the guys get the stomach

Look if self-confidence was a judging criteria then #73 takes home Mr Olympia every damn time!

Also saw somebody say that the oke in the middle has the most punchable face in history.

That's hectic. What are you doing to need so much water? I do a 90 minute intense spin and only drink 2 x 750ml bottles, and there is usually a little pool under my bike after. I can get through a 10km run with 250ml. Don't think it is necessary to drink so much. Read a lot of advise on this, and usually drinking according to thirst is good enough (if your diet is balanced).
A gallon a day. 2.2 litres of water a day.
3% of your body weight in liters should be enough water per day for you. About a liter more if you are using creatine.

Yeah he trains at Golds. That Canadian anabolic chicken is powerful.

Gold's Gym is the virtual HQ for steroid users. It is so controversial that Arnold instructed them to remove his Mr Olympia pictures on the walls after he became Governor. (Of course old man Arnold is a complete hypocrite, but that's a story for another day.)

Yesterday was my first time training back after a 3 week break from training, and my back is feeling a bit tight.

Is there anyone that that gets DOMS after a back workout?

Yep - if I haven't done deadlifts or pull-ups for a while I get it.

Im struggling to get a good pump in my chest when working out but I still have DOMS. I can feel my arms getting tired nearing the end but I want to feel my chest burn and pumped.

Any idea to fix this? I do incline db press then incline db flies then flat db press and lastly cable flies.

I do 4 sec negatives, 1 sec at the bottom and then 2 sec up. As I said I can feel something but just scared its working my arms too much.

Superset your flyes with the press. So 1x10 press, 1x10 flyes, rest = 1 set. Do 3-5 drop sets.

Read somewhere that incline bench is a lot better for your chest than normal bench

How do you get rid of stomach fat. I do core exercises everyday, Gym and do cardio. about 2 - 3 km on the treadmill for 20 mins.

My eating habits a good. I cut out sugar and bread most of the time ( I seldom eat bread, but not too much, like a slice or 2)

I weigh 67kg now ad I am 1.75m. I train hard but I do not see the layer of fat evaporation from my torso. Been gyming since 1 September.
