Are you warming up your shoulders before chest workouts? Is your form correct?Since we are asking about our aches and pains.
Been working out for around a year. 6 times a week. Seen some good progress. Problem is everytime i do any chest related exercise like bench, flys, dumbell chest press, my left shoulder gets really sore and i have to stop way before my chest is actually fatigued at all. The weights are light so i dont think im trying to push too heavy. Ive been meaning to go to check it out. Physio or biokineticist? Any other tips or things that could be causing the problem?

this is just my ego talking but am I the only one still feeling too weak for their old routine, I barely completed my sets yesterday and I was using maybe 60% of my milestones from last year![]()

After a workout where it was sore, how long does it take to feel close to 100% again? I'm not expert, but if you are OK like 2 days later then go to a bio. If you are actually injured like a few days later still, go to a physio.Since we are asking about our aches and pains.

I tried searching this thread but didn't find any feedback on Supplements SA whey protein. I'm thinking about buying the following:
Whey Protein Concentrate: https://www.supplementworld.co.za/supplements-sa-whey-protein-concentrate.html
and
SSA Creatine Supreme: https://www.supplementworld.co.za/supplements-sa-creatine-supreme.html
Is this a good buy?

I used SSA whey in the beginning. Mixed fine with milk or water, no clumping. Until I bought a 3 L oneday and there were small little insects in the whey powder. Probably extra protein
How close to the expiry date?
That's **** expensive.
Yeah - it is. But it does not have creepy crawlies in it...
Just did some quick maths.
Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard - R16 per serving
Supplements SA Whey Protein Concentrate - R7.5 per serving
Per serving means nothing really, per Kg is more useful. I always do my whey comparisons by Kg when looking for the best deal, I usually go for whichever USN or Nutritech deal is the best at the time of needing to restock. It's usually between TAL or Chrome![]()
