if you can cleanly lift 100+ for multiple reps you should sure as hell be able to un-rack it.

note i also only consider it completed if they are proper reps, full motion and clean.

now i struggle with 60 btw :(

I feel it intensely on my left anterior delt when unracking my current 80kg's, previous injury...:(
My set of 6-8 is clean but by the second/third set really struggle to unrack.

Ahahaha yeah.

I train alone - so don't push it too hard on the bench.

I've failed before and had to roll the weight off myself - and that is no fun at all.

LOL, happened to me also. trying to impress my boss who was also in the gym at the time. did not go well. everyone in the near vicinity was wearing head phones so didnt hear my calls for help..... :wtf:

I rolled it down my body then sat up and sort of squatted / dead lifted it off me.

So guys what do you think of the Muscle Junkie supplement products? Are they made by the same guys who do SSN?
