30 years old. 178cm. 102kg. 15% body fat.

My squat and bench is terrible but always wondered if I could get to 200kg on the deadlift, most I could manage 1yr back before an injured shoulder was 182kg for 1 rep on the deadlift.

Tried squats last week but alas my right knee is done with that, dont think ill ever squat again.
The deadlifts on Saturday went well, was damn sore on Sunday and still today, hoping to get to 150kg today.

35 years old, 179cm. 75kg

You mean this is not a dating site...wrong stats I guess...

Bench is 120kg 5x5 at present
Standing barbell ohp 70kg 5x5
Squat is 180kg 5x5 - that 200kg was only 1 clean rep. Still felt awesome :p
Pendaly Row 90kg 5x5
Deadlift 180kg 3x5 (Tried doing these 5x5...I died...so will need to weight down I think)

So yea. My legs are my only strong part. My chest and back are seriously lagging behind...

Ideally I'd like to get down to 94kg range. I think I'd look the best there at 12%.

Been eating a constant 2200-2400 calories a day for the last 5 weeks and my weight has remained stable while I dropped fat to get to 15%. So I'll cut that down to 2000 - 2200 and monitor for the next 5 weeks. Or I need to up my cardio...a lot.

Severe muscle imbalance when doing incline barbell benches.
Left handed and right shoulder tires way before left.

What can I do?

Dumbell press. Asymmetrical. One arm at a time and build up the weaker shoulder with more work.

Or landmine press with right shoulder.

Probably enhanced. You have to be an absolute freak to bench 120 for reps at 80kg.
That is quite possible. We have a power lifter that trains here than pushes 170kg+ and he's 89kg. Though he is enhanced.

The goal has always been x2 bodyweight on squats and deads and x1.5 for bench. I don't see myself getting much stronger going forward by much naturally, so I have to lose weight. :D

if you can cleanly lift 100+ for multiple reps you should sure as hell be able to un-rack it.

note i also only consider it completed if they are proper reps, full motion and clean.

now i struggle with 60 btw :(

Unracking 100+ is easy :p

Tho I make no promises you will survive doing it :p

On a more serious note, the real problem is, racking 100+ if you managed to fail to lift it, without a partner.

Ahahaha yeah.

I train alone - so don't push it too hard on the bench.

I've failed before and had to roll the weight off myself - and that is no fun at all.
