Yeah this :) Also depending where you are going you can be active doing holiday stuff like snorkeling etc :p

I have been doing Virgin Active's equivalent of CrossFit. The Grid. I love the fact that I changed shape completely. It's just so bloody addictive

Just think of it as part of training . your body needs rest to build muscle

No matter what i do
No burn effect

Every other muscle group will burn during my workout

My forearms used to give way before by back fatigued. After i got lifting straps my back days are way better... But, i only use them once my grip fails. Last set or two. Still want to build up those foerarms

Hey!! I'm the one training. Not him.
I feel quiet chuffed with my progress his boss told him to start training or I might start looking for someone that is built the way I am.
Not nearly where I want to be but I guess other people are noticing as well.
( I wasn't massively overweight when I started. Maybe 7kgs. Dropped 4 but dropped more than a dress size in my waist. My legs and arms grew however. :) )

I'm working on my 6 pack, it is a two almost 4 pack :D But We will get there for Christmas :D To me From me.

On that note, I still can't do a pushup with my stupid shoulder. I wear a brace but the thing is so weak. And training without the brace just hurts it. But I will get there as well.

You are either jerking the weights around or not training with enough intensity.

Former - lower weight, proper form, full rom.

Latter - drop sets, pyramid sets, forced reps, more sets and focus on your negatives.

Monday just belted out a high volume quad dominant leg day to kick off this November. No international chest day :)

Barbell Squats 6 x 8-12
Leg Press 4 x 12-15
Hack Squats 4 x 10-12
Walking Barbell Lunges 4 x 15-20 Steps
Leg Extensions: 4 x 12-20 last set a single leg burnout double drop set. FST style

Standing Calf Raise 4 x 15
Single Leg Raise 4 x 15
seated Calf raise 4x15
