The Bodybuilders Thread: Circuit II

Don't worry about dietary cholesterol - no link to risk of heart disease. mark.saved.duplessis, what are your goals? Want to lose fat? Gain muscle? Both?

What sort of body fat percentage do you have now?

Is anybody here going to the CPT meet? (except Thor :p already know he's going)

Hectic! why do you use all 8 yolks though? surely 4 would be fine for the required fats and cholesterol

Testosterone is in the yolk ( it boosts testosterone. So some times I'll eat the yolks before i go to bed.)

Yolks don't contain testosterone, and even if they did, you can't absorb testosterone through your gut. This is why all steroids must be injected rather than just swallowed in tablet form.

Nonetheless, a quick google reveals that egg yolks contain several substances which support T production, so they would be useful for that.

Just bear in mind that your body has feedback mechanisms to prevent T from going too high. In other words, if you already eat decently, exercise often, and sleep well, your T likely isn't going to get much higher. Only steroids can boost your T levels above the feedback mechanisms, and this is what causes your body to produce extra estrogen while on steroids.

Hi,

I want to build muscle, not too worried about losing fat - have a little around my stomach but sure that will sort itself out :)

Not sure about the fat % but I am 1.78m and weigh 85kg now.

Just looking for a realistic affordable eating plan to build muscle.

I would suggest using a trial and error approach. Use a healthy eating plan similar to what Thor suggested and scalled appropriately. and if you are not putting on weight (which should be mostly muscle if you are lifting heavy) then up it with a bit more food or an additional shake after 2 weeks. If you are putting on too much weight (more that around 1kg a week iirc) then scale back a bit.

It takes weeks and weeks to build up muscle and there is no one correct diet plan that works. consistency is more important.

Info is relevant, post and make it seem alive.

Lean muscle will be achieved if you apply those principles.

When you say those principles...are you referring to the eating plan you shared or the tech info in that link?

I corrected my statement in the brackets saying it supports testosterone production

If you've exhausted all other avenues. Why not.

Just educate yourself properly about the risks and side effects.

If you have any type of cardiovascular issues I would advise you to give it a skip.

Perhaps try a decent ECA stack first.

Try out Supplements SA's Incinerate Fat Burner. It's a milder form of an ECA stack, that uses similar but natural ingredients. Not saying natural is better, I'm just saying that an ECA stack is not legal in SA due to the E part of it, whereas the natural alternative (synephrine) is legal (but not quite as affective).

So quick question, I am honestly thinking of trying a cycle of clen, any thoughts?

Clen is not miracle drug. Your diet needs to be spot on or else it wont do squad.
Also you cant take it if you have heart problems, and you shake like a mofo, people around you will think you are a alcoholic, no jokes.
Also remember you can only use Clen 1week, 1 week off, otherwise it becomes ineffective, unless you use Betasleep each night before going to bed.

I bought 2 bottles of their "Nightmare" product, FFS.....I have used loads of Ephedrine in my life, Ephedrine does not compare, I lose all feeling in my face after just one pill, Never again :p
