Fully agree, but his not a body builder his a modern human consuming modern junk food. He already asked about whey which is junk plain and simple. There is no substitute for real food.
60% protein 30% carbs 10% fats is a good start for him I'd say. Of course to verify that one will have to do a psychical so I use the rule of thumb method.
