Why is Whey Protein so expensive?
Going to ease back into gym, but for now I have to skip leg day (don't judge) until I sort out my knee issues after seeing a podiatrist (I got flat feet).
Shoulder issue was a problem last year, so now going back to dumbbell presses I'm going to use neutral grip and ensure I do slightly more pulling exercises than pushing.
Good luck!
may the gainz be with you...
Sup guys.
It's been a long ass time. Dunno if any of y'all remember me.
I haven't lifted in 2 years now - mostly due to injury.
Lost about 24 kilograms.
Well anyways. Muscle memory is an amazing thing. Started lifting again 2 weeks ago, might post here from time to time.
Like it was yesterdaySup guys.

Why do you need this? When does it end?Hey guys can anyone recommend a good preworkout?
Been on jacked, seems to have gotten weak. Currently on nanovapour and I'm not impressed.

Ayyy yeah ****. My lower back has always been ****ed but my wrist was my own bad.I do. Welcome back.
ps. Just dont start too fast up again, its much easier to hurt yourself again with muscle memory going too heavy too soon.
Like it was yesterdayYeah, start up slowly and check your ego at the door
That's probably how 90% of injuries occur.
Btw, did you revert to your 'skinny' self? Not poking fun, just curious as I recall you were under 60kg when you started lifting.

I'll stay in the 6-8 rep range for like - ever.
Unless my wrist magically decides to heal itself.
**** yes. I weight exactly 57 atm.
It's actually weird how your body reverts to normal.
To touch on the muscle memory thing, I was able to do exactly well, 3 pull ups upon gymming again. The very next time I was doing 6 3 days later.
That and holy **** did I forget what DOMS feels like.
but yush, I'm your typical nonlifting skinnyfat boy atm.
But I'm showing off my skinny arms with pride at the gym (if only so that people notice all the more when I pick up weight again)
Yes, but he got to between 75 and 80kg before his injury, IIRC.Wait what..
You weight 57kg?
