I rarely get stiff, need to push harder. I find it difficult to motivate myself to push, sucks not having a partner.

On Squats and Deadlifts and Pendlay Rows I feel perfectly comfortable by myself pushing, mostly because I know I pretty much can push over my limit without hurting myself, except maybe on the rows if I go out of bounds with ligaments in my wrists.
I get stiff almost every week.... and after I take my easy week - I can hardly walk the next week... although, since stuffing up my knee - its been easier

She's tall - and skinny... I usually drag her with and make a beeline for guys wasting their time (and my space) in the gym by doing pathetic weights... then set-up next to them.
There's really no excuse to do weight like some of the guys at VA.
I want 300+ be end of next year![]()
