Killa, just a thought or suggestion based on some experience and advice I have received, are you not taking too much in terms of supplements and the like??? Just the other day you bought the ECA stack and now you are getting another stack, have you seen any results with the ECA, should you not give it a month to work before you go for something more.

The body can handle a whole heap of **** but too much is just that sometimes, just too much...

Just thought I would put it out there... Just be careful man...

My problem is i tend to do and think later :D. Anyways i am going to be using the animal stack and the eca stack together.

My work is finally complete so i can now gooi it twice a day :D.

Well the eca stack i can see is working big time, it also gives me insane energy when gym.

So i have 3 weeks to see how a home gym with an animal stack and an eca stack can change a person's body :D. Obviously i am looking to be huge but ripped mostly. It seems i am doing a half assed job of it but o well :D.
 
hmmm :D I dont know man, you train at home, I just think unless you're doing squats, bench and dead lifts regularly there is still much ground to cover

unless of course you have a squat rack in your garage with a whole bunch of plates :D

YUP. Killa all the new supps sound very exciting and all and ive used pretty much all the ones you have mentioned and theyre all very much average. Trust me wheb I say you have a hell of a lot to learn about excercise:p The roids sound appealing but you are still very far from ready for them. Like I said bench 140 first :D

As for the other poster, waxy maize>>>>>>>dextrose:) Also 90% of guys spot like their asses in the gym, I always wonder who's deadlifting and who's benching:sarcastic:

Cant always blame the person spotting though, some people just dont know their limits :(

You can 100% blame the spotter although both are guilty. Guys very quickly realise when I spot them who will be doing the excercise. I also tell them beforehand that I spot very light but that I'll make sure the bar doesn't fall on their face. If you are deadlift spotting then it's because YOU are allowing it to happen. I love spotting guys who think they can grab whatever weight they please because the spotter is the to pick up all the slack because there is nothing better than seeing that panicked face when they realise on their first rep that the weight can't go up on their own strength:D

haha, fair enough, but thats not too bad,

what grates me is people that dont pack their db's/plates away
 
Waxy Maize is brilliant stuff! But if its too pricey dextrose is only about R15/R16 for 500g at most pharmacies.

If you going to buy Waxy maize then you may as well go for the best and get vitargo?

I cant find a freakin pharmacy that sells dextrose in JHB :(
Found a supplement store that sells it but the guy wants R100 per kg hahaha
 
2010 is here, new year, new goals, how about we start a thread (or add to this 1), our current stats (bf%,weight, bench/squat/deadlift stats) that we are going into the new year on, and what our goals are for 2010?

We can keep track of our own (I cant remember what my goals were for 2009:()eachothers progress, whats working, whats not working, what supplements we're taking, what routines we're following, and see how we've done come 1st Jan 2011?

It could possibly be extra motivation, and also an opportunity to give eachother advise regarding our diets, training..

Anyone interested in doing something like this?

Yip, ive tried springbok, ordered some other stuff from them on Friday but couldnt find dextrose on their 'menu' :(

If you want Dextrose you need to talk to the pharmacist at the pharmacy and ask him/her to order it for you. R15/16 for 500g is the norm but order more coz 500g last 2 weeks max.
