Diet first then efficient training then "enhancements"

I must be careful what I post here I am very liberal and will quickly suggest some helping hands

Know is easy , I'll pop out and say words like Clen, tren, yohimbe etc etc

It's the getting hold of #1 Quality and #2 using it safely that becomes the problem.

I've had to resort to dumbbells for working chest as Claremont VA only seems to have one bench press setup!

On 20kg dumbbells I find the handles too thin relative to the weight. I have to grip them really tight but then I think my fingers are too long and then it feels awkward. Gonna wear gloves until I graduate to 22kg dumbbells (thicker handles).

Dextrose, the best source for post-workout carbs
Consuming pure glucose after a workout means that the body doesn’t need to digest it and it can be absorbed into the bloodstream almost as quickly as it is ingested. This gets a dose of glucose to your spent muscles as rapidly as possible for the quickest and most complete replenishment of muscle glycogen. This will keep muscles stocked with ample glycogen for your next workout. Glycogen also pulls water into the muscle cells, which keeps them fuller and bigger. Maximizing muscle glycogen levels post-workout by consuming ample amounts of high-GI carbs immediately afterward can also help you to keep muscle size maximized.

Most gummy bears, such as Haribo brand, use dextrose and corn syrup. Corn syrup is basically glucose and is very different from the adulterated high-fructose corn syrup.
OK, where do I get gummy bears or dextrose from?

Use the Dischem glucose sweet I think they are R5.95 I keep a couple in my gym bag for post workout and chug it down with my whey protein. I think Maynards sweets are the same as Gummi Bears #JYMArmy

Hope someone decides to bring in the doctors supplements into this country soon.

I would pay good money for those.

I buy my dextrose here. It's extremely cheap.

I use Primal Energy which is a mix of complex and simple carbs

Thanks, what's their delivery charge? Can't find any info on that.

Thanks, will get some Maynards Jelly babies then. The largest ingredient for their Jelly babies is glucose I see. http://www.maynardslifeisfruity.co.za/gums-and-jellies.html

Yeah, would be great if Jim's supplements were brought in and an arm and a leg wasn't charged!

Working on Jyms supplements, we might become importers. It is still being discussed. Watch his hangouts each friday.

As somebody who struggles to get any decent size on his calves, this is so depressing.
