I have only dated chicks with B cups to be honest.

Fill a baloon with water. Hold it at the end and let the nipple side ( not the tied side ) drop too the ground holding it at the tied end.
That is what plastic saggy boobs looks like. :D

Being pregnant, is there any exercise I can do - e.g. with light handweights - to replace tricep dips ? It is just not comfortable in my state and I also worry about losing my grip and falling down.

Thanks

You could use the dip machine? tri-cep kickbacks, although i would imagine that would also be fairly uncomfortable...

Is it just me, or do they seem not as effective ?

Definitely not as effective, i find hand placement makes quite a difference though, i dont put my hands where they suggest on the hand grips. I kind of move them further down and push down on the bar pieces

Anyone have any experience with what everyone is telling me is tennis elbow - although I can twist open bottles, squeeze a tennis ball, etc without any pain - its only when I lift a dumbell, etc palm up that my forearm/elbow hurts.... hammer curls and its not so bad. I've gone to a physio, had needles stuck in me, taken time off, etc... it doesn't go away...since December.... I can't curl more than 22kg dumbells without my arm feeling like its being ripped off by a bear.

Secondly - anyone used Jack3d?

Did those needles include cortisone injections?

No - specifically said I'm not interested in those shots...

She stuck the needle's in where she could feel muscle damage...felt like I stuck my finger in a plug... that was three weeks ago, I've been off since then, but started again this week... feels a bit better, but not much, and its getting annoying.

I don't like the 'whoo whoo' factor of any type of group excercise classes.

The same goes for tour groups when travelling. I don't walk, talk, jump or smile on demand.

Yea, The effects are horrendous... There is this one chick who used steroids, and her vocals sounds like a man! at the beginning of the year you could hear a female voice but DAMN mtf! Anyhoo, the trainer say's once you get these side affects you can never go back to your body's original state.
