Popped you a mail for a price list :)

I'm also looking into importing atm - I want to go onto a bulking cycle soon, and don't have time to prep meals all day, so will be using supplements to fill the gaps.

Ryan- once a week is enough- the 7 days rest will do you very good in the growth department- but you need to break down your chest completely. Thats way I suggest you do at least 8 sets of every exercise- you'll be amazed at the results.

+1. Most people don't believe this but it is true. Once a week per body part is enough like you say! Just lift heavy so you hurt for a few days or you aren't doing it right.

How much rest between sets?? And is it ok if between chest exercises i go off and do legwork to rest my chest or arms?

I think i am doing something wrong cause i get lame in my arms before i feel it in my chest :(

Hi Ryan

Rest for 30 - 60 seconds between sets. You don't want to rest "completely". Break the muscle down as fast as possible. Your arms will get accustomed to your new training regime and they will catch up. If you train chest and your arms get lame your form is probably not right. Check some youtube videos on form. There's also a guy called Scooby like posted above- check for his youtube account / videos. He has got good form and training techniques

A question I'd ask as well is if the "lame arms" are just triceps. I agree with Ondier that your arms will catch up, but on a large pushing motion like bench, triceps will play a vital role.
If it's your whole arm (whole being Bi's and tri's) then there is something else that needs investigating.

Another thing to try is to put your mind "in" the muscle you're training. When you're doing bench for example, 'think' about the muscle you're trying to excercise....

How do you prevent protein shake farts? :D I have 2 shakes a day.

Morning brother. Just use a better quality protein. It is not the protein itself that causes those foul winds as much as the colorant and flavoring.

Are you using Evox? THey are known for that :)

I can give you Whey Concentrate for R110 a kilo, unflavoured. You can flavour it yourself with nesquick, peanut butter, cocoa or whatever blows your hair back.

I can give you chocolate Isolate from Glanbia (Optimum Nutrition) for R185 per kilo. This usually goes for R500 for 904g. I'm gatvol for supplement companies ripping us off. They put 400% markup on all their products- and that is what I heard from a source very high up in USN.
