Ordered KT Tape - R160 for 5m... looking forward to giving it a go - should be delivered tomorrow. (http://kttape.co.za/)

Dischem had another brand, didn't look to be the same quality, and it wasnt precut for roughly the same price.

They had precut for tennis elbow at R75 for a once off application :eek:

Wow thanks for that bud- I buy Dischem's but it is allot of crap, and think it is R120 for the 5m. The physio uses KT Tape and that sticks like a mofo- easily up to 7 days. :D
 
Vegan bodybuilding and getting ripped

Hi guys,

What do u think of vegan bodybuilding, or something close to that?
Heard of this guy Robert Cheeke?

I'd like to not eat so many animals and rely on too much dairy (cow's milk and whey). I think my end goal is not to be a massive oke with humungeous muscles, but just to have more muscle mass and lower body fat. WIth that in mind, if soy protein and products are not as good as whey and meat products, i think i can live with that.

Thoughts/comments/suggestions?

I am 1.68m, weigh 66kg and am 20% body fat according to my Salter Scale.

Ate a whole bottle of fish paste,could not find the can opener for the tuna after working out.

My knee is starting to give me serious hassles... becoming annoying... it seems knee straps make it even worse... really don't want a damn op.

Eish good luck bud. I did my anterior cruciate ligament beginning of August and I'm still in rehabilitation. The knee is sooo stiff. Very annoying. I am only allowed to do heavy weights on my legs again beginning February
 
Ok guys, quick question? what creatine should i get? I'm super lean, weigh 81kg but i can't seem to gain some muscle size/put on an extra 2 kg of lean muscle. Will creatine make me look fat due to the water retention? Sorry for the noob questions.

SPS Creamass and Creapump are pretty good, they worked quite well for me. Its a pre and post workout, and comes together in a pack. Its also not too expensive.

It shouldn't make you look fat, you are lean already :)

There is no substitutes for good food and eating habbits. Add some whey to topup protein intake.
Results also aren't instant; I put on 9kg in 10 weeks and the only confirmation i got was one chick at the office mentioned my shoulders look bigger.
Add some creatine after a month or two if you've covered the basics like good eating and you still getting nowhere.

Creatine Ethyl Esther is my new favorite. Very bitter but once you are used to it it goes down easily. Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) is an exceptional soluble Creatine resulting in advanced absorption, increased bioavailability, and stability. CEE directly penetrates the muscle cell resulting in more functional Creatine and also has a longer active half-life than normal Creatine monohydrate. This means no more transporters of huge glucose servings, or phase loading and even no more Creatine cycles are necessary. And you will not hold water.

I've got CEE @ R140 / 500g. 2 - 3 gram per serving = 200 servings

Gonna order this from you as soon as my current stock is out.

And I see you can get GABA... Don't believe the hype around it, but it does help me sleep way better... So also gonna order some.
