Hey guys do you know where I can purchase a 30g measuring scoop? I ordered some whey protein and I never got a scoop, and I tried all the tricks of shaking the bag and everything to find it hahaha Thanks in advance!
 
Ja any Mr price home or something similar should have measuring spoons
which protein was it, I also did not get a spoon with my bag of nutritech
 
Erm... Different substances have different densities, you won't find a standard 30g scoop

See, what you don't know is this: Most of those guys with excellent physiques you see in magazines ect, had to go this route, where the bulk up and look like a "balloon" as you call it, and then go on a massive cut before the photoshoot. Looking 365 dats a year, like they do in the photos in magazines is very impractical and probably unhealthy too.

I read in Men's fitness, one of the jurno's decided he wanted to see what it would be like to become a cover model, the diet he had to go on to show his six pack was crazy, like tuna and water type stuff.
So Ja, looking like that shredded guy in the movies is tough!

Yip.... been using him for awhile now.

There's occasionally stock problems which could lead to a wait time - I've now started ordering three weeks in advance just to be safe.

But other than that, the wait is worth it considering the cost of buying in-store.

Think I order around R1000 every few weeks.... just placed an order today.

Else maybe I will go via supplement world and get a SSN 100% whey @R539 for 2kg or the SSN Anabolic Muscle Builder @R439 for 4kg.

Needs some advise on pre.

Did some research on whats available on the international and local markets, with the following compared:

International:
No-xplode 2.0 vs Jack3d vs C4.

I stopped on C4 for the following reasons:
1) No-xplode has too much creatine premixed, which I take seperately and dont want to pay extra money for cheap mono premixed in expensive supp.
2) Jack3d has too much caffeine, which I try to keep to a minimum.
3) C4 received most favourable responses on the forums.

Now is where I need your help to choose between C4 vs Gannic-F, which for me is a true winner on the local market.

Cost wise you can get almost 2 tubs of Gannic-F for the price of one C4, so is it really worth it or should I stick to local?

No - not after some of my stuff arrived expired - and they kept promising a replacement and it never happened. Their service became really crap, three months for delivery, not responding to emails, promising delivery and it not happening, etc

They apparently back to normal service again, but I'm not taking the chance - and I won't deal with a company that treats what was a loyal customer like that.

My last supplier also went up in price, so I just ordered from Chrome today - impressed so far, ordered this morning, problem with the payment, so emailed them, they called, reordered, paid, and its on the way:

Not iso - but low in carbs, and relatively cheap.

EDIT: From your snip - I think that was round about the last date I ordered from them - order arrived months later.

Did my 10 sets of 3 reps @ 70kg.

Decided **** that it's not enough, did 75 x 5, then did 80 x 4.

Then I did Skullcrushers (40kg), Close Grip Bench (65kg x 5) and Bicep Curls.

By the end of this year I will be able to bench 100kg x 5 I swear!
 
This week has been awful so far. I feel a bit under the weather and it is really cold in the mornings and evenings.

Man, I need to get in the gym...

I've had six weeks off now. Keep going back and running into problems, last week and this week I've been sick

Last time I gymmed was wednesday evening, did biceps and triceps.
About 2hrs later after supper I had severe cramping in my stomach so went to bed but the cramping stayed I fell asleep, in the morning it wasnt so bad but I could still feel uneasy.
Went to doc on friday afternoon thinking it was appendicitis , did some tests and asked if i had done any extreme lifting lately - Yes!
Said it doesn't seem like it is the appendix and could be a tear somewhere from strenuous activity and if I start coughing up blood they'll need to operate.
I got the flu as well on sunday so i'm out of gymming for a good couple days, I think I hurt myself on the squat a couple days before by pushing too hard.

But Ja. Injuries suck.
