I am a machine!!!

30 minutes on the stationary bike, then some light weights training (remember this is my first week EVER of gym training) and then 40 minutes on that orbital cross trainer thing.

BOOYA!!

EDIT: Please take note, I don't usually say booya.

Started going to gym last November for the first time. Got really into it, started eating (!) and pushed myself to go almost everyday. Went from 72kg to 83kg in about 3 months. Started seeing results, and was really happy with my body's transformation - I've always been a skinny bitch (5'10" and 72kg - lowest was 60kg - just not enough meat to go around) - I actually had muscles! I discovered the awesomeness of feeling pumped! And then I stopped... Working irregular hours got in the way, and I just didn't feel lus anymore - I got back into my old routine of being a lazy bastard.

In three days, my leave starts. I'm going to go back after a 5 month hiatus, and I'm going in hard. And I'm not going to stop this time!

That's good **** mane, get ready for dat der DOMS!

srs I think south africans have great bodybuilding genetics in general. (though I have ****ty chest genetics)

Wrist still hurts on pushing exercises so did 100 wide grip pullups yesterday, 5 a piece until I finally reached 100, gravity is a bitch.
Then 10 reps behind the neck pullups and finished off with 3 sets of 6 reps on behind the neck machine pulldowns.

Really surprised I'm not hurting today and really miss Bench press.
I know rest will repair the wrist but I'm stubborn............

Makes two of us. I have no chest and no chest strength. I'm starting to look completely out of proportion.

11Kgs in 3 months? Yeezus your weigh scale must be faulty, unless you are on roids bro even then it cant be possible.

Damn! I can barely even do wide grip pull ups. Doing 100 is impressive!

I get to 75 alright (5,5,5,5,...), then start to wane and manage 2 -3 at a time, last time I attempted 100 was in Feb, I felt sick afterwards as well but came right after about an hour.
Currently weight in at 77kg.

I doubt I'll make 100 again anytime soon this year.

My 40kg sandbag arrived yesterday, paid R300 for it, well built and even came with handles all over the place, now to raid my kids sandpit!

Why does a guy who are already married and have kids, want to build more muscles?

Keep up with my boys I guess, I was pretty much left to my own devices when I was a youngster.

Plus wife doesnt complain, that and for me it's a mega de-stress-er, I put on Eminem or some rock music and just go bossies.
