Oh boy, when it rains it pours
fell down a ****ing flight of stairs today
I was walking down and twisted my ankle somehow, end result is me falling down, I didn't roll down like in the movies though, it was more of a fall, slide and stop. Sigh, first time that ever happened.
I'm fine, my ego is bruised, but my back felt it and my ankle is sore.
I can't help it, I love the exercise too much. I wake up wishing it's chest day, I walk into the gym and go, man i wish i could do some chest.

Dude you are doing way too much benchpressing to get maximum growth and strength gains. You grow when you rest, not in the gym.
