Easy.I really don't know how to work my back :|
Aside from pull ups I can't feel anything in my lats or rhomboids.
I did DB rows today, BB rows, machine rows and I only feel my triceps and shoulders activating. I feel a little bit in my back, but only when I use really light weight, as in I can do 30 reps lightweight. It's weird, it's like my triceps just take over.
Same with lat pulldowns, can't feel anything in my lats, go figure.

1.) barbell bench
2.) deadlift
3.) squat
4.) OHP

Easy.
Heavy deadlifts.
Heavy pendlay rows, aka bent over barbell rows, but you put the weight down and start from a deadstop.
If these 2 exercises dont work your back properly, then you doing it wrong.
ps. if you use triceps on a pull exercise, you doing it wrong. Biceps yes, triceps no. Triceps definitely activate in push exercises.
pps. Heavy deadlifts help make some of the most beautiful back sculptures I have seen.

But you don't do any of those 4 lifts? Granted their DB counterparts are just as good if not better (except ofc deadlift/squat)
