So on the topic of CNS recovery, seems like sleep is above all the best way to recover. Now I know I dont sleep all that well, I probably wake up 3-5 times a night unless I'm dead tired. Is that going to become an issue moving forward (I do get 8 hours in though 99% of the time)? Is there anything else I can do to help recovery? My brief internet searches led to some random things that I dont think are true (besides the sleep of course)

Nope. Pretty much the best things are - sleep and proper eating. Case closed :)

I got through today without throwing up - although I did get interrupted during my "Throw-up" sets :p

Get to a chrome shop and get yourself some Gaba. It's R189 for 120 pills I believe and this stuff is the best for sleep. I used to always crash during the day and my sleep was always restless.

Since taking Gaba I feel so much better all day. Seriously, give it a try.

If you're throwing up everytime you're doing something very wrong. Most likely cause is that your breathing is messed up, concentrate on it A LOT and you'll notice a difference rather quickly. In through the nose, out through the mouth and deep breaths.

+1 also recently started using GABA, and I sleep like I'm dead, and completely rested when I wake up, don't get that "snooze for 10 more minutes" feeling :D

Just exhaustion....

What is a chrome shop?

Ok. You have no idea what I'm busy with.... But go with your blanket statement

If you're so exhausted you're throwing up during every workout then I'm sorry but you're pushing yourself way too hard and are going to break something...

When you post in a month that your back/knee/elbow is gone then maybe you'll agree with me.

And where did I say it was every workout? So yes, I'm not interested in your blanket statements.

Guys, guys ... please.

I just got home, poured myself a drink and am very relaxed ... please don't spoil my evening.

That indicates it's a regular occurrence... But as Picard says let's not derail this, if you think throwing up from sheer exhaustion is good for you then knock yourself out but just know you're being an idiot...

Starting using Dischem's Biogen GABA this weekend (R159 for 120 capsules, the one dosage option is 2 per night before bed).

It might be making a difference, too soon to say... but I still am doing all the wrong things before bed, like watching series, playing games and eating a midnight snack.

Now you're resorting to name calling? Seriously, go **** yourself
