If you're exhausted after a workout you're also doing it wrong...
I'm with xrapidx on this one, feeling exhausted and getting that puking feeling (especially on leg days) is quite the norm for people who don't **** around in the gym

Starting using Dischem's Biogen GABA this weekend (R159 for 120 capsules, the one dosage option is 2 per night before bed).
It might be making a difference, too soon to say... but I still am doing all the wrong things before bed, like watching series, playing games and eating a midnight snack.
I used to get intense headaches way back when I was squating 180+, read up on it, I believe its called an exertion headache.
I'm training completely carb free for the last 3 weeks now. Only take dex with pwo.
Been having no problems with strength and training. Numbers going up across the board and shedding body fat MUCH more easily while consuming high protein and high fat foods. My body likes this. Already down 10kg since start of the year - bodyfat on 13% atm and I started at 24%.
I also just have the regular clean chicken breast and broccoli for lunch.
Impressive progress for the short time frame!!
I was in bed by 8pm, can sort of still feel it this morning and i have a tough bench routine coming up after 5pm so thinking of maybe resting today, will check after lunch.
I reckon i should also get carbs in every lunch time before a heavy session, yesterday all I had was chicken and veg for lunch.
Today mince, veg and rice.

Tight muscles in the neck and upper traps = shooting pain into head
Above, my traps and neck hurt like hell, think it was the sandbag I tried to clean and press after deadlifts.

Are you following a specific diet? I'm starting a keto based diet on Monday for two months, dreading it - last time I felt *** for the first two weeks (headaches). I also find the commitment incredibly difficult.
Need to drop about 14% body fat as well.
Plan on doing weight training in the mornings, and light cardio in the evenings (getting my dog up to 5km jog, and light swimming - 500m to 800m
So my macro split is NOT a keto split - my protein is too high and my fats too low
Hmm of course it's a keto split. (If you're in ketosis that is.) It might not be LCHF but it's still keto.

Going for the overkill approach... againISTR you doing something pretty similar last year, no?
Cardio will not make nearly the difference cleaning up your eating will. Add in cardio once you're keto-adapted (past feeling ****ty). You should also reconsider your timeframe. Two months ain't enough to drop 14%, that's a serious drop.
Afaik, keto requires less than 30 carbs...
Everyone is different. Some people can eat 100g of carbs and remain in ketosis.
